Kairos Retreat Programme Established at Brebeuf College
The Jesuits have assisted the staff of Brebeuf College School in establishing an Ignatian-inspired Kairos retreat Programme at the former Jesuit school.
Father Len Altilia SJ, Director of Vocations, and Chris Krall SJ, scholastic, were actively involved in the planning of Kairos 1, which took place at Moutn Alverno in Caledon, ON from November 11-13. Brebeuf is now the fourth school in Canada at which the Jesuits have successfully initiated Kairos.
It was clearly evident that Kairos developed leaders, community bonds, brotherhood, and spirituality in all who attended.
The school looks forward to the continued involvement of the Jesuits for Kairos 2 at Manresa Retreat Centre, Pickering, in May.
