Fr. Lombardi to speak at breakfast for Catholic business community

Father Federico Lombardi, S.J., director of the Holy See press office, will be guest speaker at the next breakfast for the Catholic business community of Toronto on May 30.
Lombardi, a familiar figure in the news as chief spokesman for Pope Benedict XVl and director of Vatican Radio and Television, will address the business leaders at the breakfast meeting at the Sheraton Centre Hotel in downtown Toronto. The morning starts with mass at 7:15 a.m., with Toronto Archbishop Thomas Collins presiding, followed by breakfast and Lombardi’s talk.
Lombardi is in Toronto as a keynote speaker for the Catholic Media Convention 2008, also being held at the Sheraton.
